Defective Items

We accept returns or exchanges for items with manufacturing defects.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

How the Process Works

  2. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange steps.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll send a replacement or process your exchange right away.

Important Notes

1. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In their original packaging

This helps us maintain the quality and standards SBS is known for.

2. Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

Most of our products are produced in limited quantities, which makes replacing sizes or colors difficult once an item sells out. We encourage checking size charts and model references before placing an order.

Final Sale Items (Discounted Products)

All discounted, sale, and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or size exchange.

We offer lower prices during promotions to give the community the best deals we can, but these items come in limited stock and slimmer margins. Allowing returns on discounted items affects small brands like ours, which is why all sale items are marked as final.
