Defective Items
– We accept returns and exchanges for items with manufacturing defects. 
– To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Process:
1. Contact our customer service team (slowlybutsurely.supply@gmail.com) with your order number and defect details. 
2. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item. 
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange.
Important Note:
– Items must be unused and in the original packaging. 
– We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items as most of our products are only produced in limited quantity.
– Always double check the sizes and measurements through the size charts and model references.
